For the past 20+ years, Motul Petit Le Mans has been THE sporting event in the southeast to experience with racing that is guaranteed to be action packed and full of high-octane excitement for the whole family. In addition to the feature race, four other series will be competing for victory: the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge (Fox Factory 120), the Porsche Carrera Cup North America, the Idemitsu Mazda MX-5 Cup, and the IMSA Prototype Challenge.
Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta is recognized as one of the world's best road courses and has been hosting sportscar racing for more than 50 years. The multi-purpose motor sports facility is situated on 750 park-like acres and attracts more than 320,000 visitors annually.
Road Atlanta’s racing legacy began in 1969 with an attempt to save the Can-Am race, and over the years it has been the setting for historic races such as the 300km Can-Am, Formula 5000, Trans-Am and the SCCA Runoffs, and the Petit Le Mans. It has been the proving ground for racing legends such as Vic Elford, Tony Dean, Paul Newman, Mario Andretti and Darrell Waltrip. And it is the testing ground for performance, automotive engineering, and the newest technological advances in racing.
As one of the top entertainment centers in Georgia, Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta offers individuals, families and large corporate groups a fun and family-friendly environment. The Kids 12 & Under Are Always Free policy gives families an affordable family outing. Families share the thrill of competition and the passion of motorsport along with an unbeatable fan experience. There are camping options and golf cart rentals so that everyone can stay, get around comfortably, and satisfy their need for speed for the entire race weekend.
