Garden Terrace and Lounge included with Ballroom rental. In compliance with emergency exit codes, there must be a staff member on site for every per 100 guests. The first staff member is included in the rental fee. The client will be responsible for payment for additional staff. DETAILS RENTAL NOTES Weekday rentals are Monday through Thursday. Weekend rentals are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Braselton Ballroom is available on Friday through Sunday as a full-day rental only (8 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.). Theatre Presentation for the Ballroom and Champagne Hall is a full-day rental. The same rate applies to weekdays and weekends for this seating arrangement. Rental times are CONSECUTIVE hours. Rental hours include set up and clean up. Rental fee includes tables and chairs. Pricing may vary based on time of day and availability. There is a 10% discount on the rental fee for certified 501(c)3 organizations. Private Holiday Lights Tours Our popular Holiday Lights private trolley rentals are back! Offering a unique and festive way to enjoy the season, we have a few different options to fit your group's needs. 2026 Available Dates: December 6–23, Sunday-Thursday for Tour and Celebration. Custom Rental available any day of the week. As a reminder, the trolley capacity is 22-25 passengers in bench-style seating. It is heated/cooled and enclosed. Holiday Lights Tour Meet us at Pinnacle Bank at 6pm, 7:15pm, or 8:30pm for a one-hour tour of the dazzling holiday lights. Your group can walk to dinner or dessert in Mulberry Park. Rates ($300) Holiday Lights Celebration We'll pick you up at your desired location at 6pm, take you on a lights tour, and then transport you to a destination of your choice in Braselton. Suggested activities include a holiday dinner or cocktail, hot cocoa at Juke N Jive, or even a visit with Santa! We'll have you back home by 9:00pm.
