Tour de la Charcuterie is a celebration of locally sourced charcuterie, which includes cured meats and accompanying cheese, bread, produce, wine, beer, and more. Walkers must be at least 21 years of age to participate and will need to show a valid ID at check-in.

W9 Form

Since the prize of this giveaway exceeds $599 you will be required to complete and submit a W9 form to the sponsor of this giveaway.

Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada who are 21 years of age or older, at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, New York, Colorado, Puerto Rico & Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. Giveaway is subject to federal, state and local law. Employees of “Town of Braselton" and "ITI Digital" its affiliates, subsidiaries or parent companies, advertising/sales promotion agencies, judging organization and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter or win.

Form of Entry

Click Enter Giveaway for Online Giveaway Entry: Completely fill out the information required on the Online Entry Form. Limit: Multiple unlimited entries allowed. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on each respective prize promotion as listed. Information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawings and to notify winners and will not be shared in any manner by 'Town of Braselton' and 'ITI Digital', or any third parties. By registering to win, the participant agrees to receive future travel or shopping information from 'Town of Braselton' or/and ' ITI Digital'. Drawings will be held according to the schedule posted, from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. The winner will be notified either by e-mail and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing. Potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and return same, properly executed, via overnight mail, within 14 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of the prize. Prizes must be used according to the terms and conditions as listed for each prize on Sweepstake Official Rules or the prize will be automatically forfeited. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer or cash alternative permitted. Entrants also consent to the use of his/her name/likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
