The Sommelier Series promises an exclusive dining experience highlighting the harmonious pairing of exceptional wines with a thoughtfully crafted summer menu—each dish designed to elevate every bite.
Begin your evening with a refreshing Spinach Berry Salad, featuring candied lemon pecans, fresh berries, goat cheese crumble, dried fruit, cured shaved egg yolk, and a champagne vinaigrette—a vibrant introduction to the night’s offerings.
Next, savor a decadent Duck Foie Gras appetizer. Rich duck foie gras mousse is paired with aged sliced duck, bacon dried fruit jam, onion tomato marmalade, pickled red onions, and Farm Country Loaf—a bold and elegant combination.
For the entrée, indulge in a beautifully Pan-Seared Sea Bass, served over green pea risotto and finished with truffle dust, bok choy, and a white wine cream sauce—delicate, bright, and deeply satisfying.
To conclude your evening on a perfectly sweet note, savor our Vanilla Passion Fruit Cheesecake, a silky vanilla cheesecake set atop a golden graham cracker crust, layered with tart passion fruit gel and finished with a ribbon of mango sauce.
