Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Versailles with an intimate evening of refined flavors and thoughtful craftsmanship. This five-course prix fixe menu begins with blackened scallops, followed by a tender braised short rib. Guests will then savor butter-poached lobster paired with stir-fried crab, and move on to espresso-crusted prime tenderloin served alongside seared foie gras. The evening concludes with a decadent white chocolate mousse and rum rose cake.
