Surrounded by glimmering holiday décor, towering trees, and a life-sized gingerbread house, guests are invited to indulge in a festive dining experience that captures the joy and grandeur of the holidays at Chateau Elan.
Our Christmas Day Buffet is an abundant feast for the senses, showcasing artfully prepared dishes from live chef stations and carving displays to coastal-inspired raw bar selections. Begin your culinary journey with signature favorites such as lobster omelets, candied smoked bacon, and croissant waffles before moving on to indulgent main courses like herb-crusted prime rib with au jus, honey-glazed ham, and oven-roasted turkey with apple-sage stuffing.
Savor the bright, seasonal flavors of our cold offerings—from artisan cheeses and charcuterie to king crab, oysters, and freshly chilled shrimp. Accompaniments such as creamy garlic mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, and roasted winter vegetables complement the holiday table, all paired with an array of house-baked breads and spreads.
No celebration would be complete without something sweet. Dessert lovers will delight in confections crafted by our pastry team, including an eggnog cheesecake, Bûche de Noël, hot chocolate tart, and white chocolate cranberry cake.
