On Saturday, June 13th, Chateau Elan Winery welcomes guests to the second-floor Velvet Room for an intimate, limited-seating dining experience in North Georgia wine country. This is not a traditional wine dinner. Each pairing is selected specifically for the menu and the moment, designed to highlight nuance rather than overpower it. Wine and food are treated as equal voices at the table, each shaping the experience in real time.
