Not just a Ride, it's an Experience

Make your event extra special with a ride on the Braselton Trolley! The Braselton Visitors Bureau Authority has two trolleys available to rent for social occasions, historical and educational tours, wine and cocktail tours, corporate events and more.

Rental Information

The Braselton Trolley seats 22-25 passengers in vintage-style wooden benches. The trolleys are enclosed and climate controlled. Travel range is restricted to within 10 miles of the town limits.

Rental fees:

Weekend rental (Fri-Sun), $875 for 5 hours, plus $175 per additional hour
Weekday rental (Mon-Thurs), $300 for 3 hours, plus $100 per additional hour
Historic Tour, $300/Mon-Thurs, $500/Fri-Sun, 1.5-hour guided tour for up to 25 passengers. Choose Historic Downtown Tour or Explore Braselton Tour. View tour descriptions. Rental includes pickup at location of your choice, if desired.

Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due within 2 business days once the booking date is confirmed. Deposit payment may be made using a major credit card, cash, or check payable to Braselton Visitors Bureau Authority.
If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days from the rental date, the deposit may be applied to a future rental date.
Final payment is due 30 days before the rental date.
Optional driver tip is not included on the invoice. Drivers accept cash or Venmo. Gratuity is typically 15-20% or $50 per driver.
No alcohol or food is allowed on the trolley. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.

Private Holiday Lights Tours

Our popular Holiday Lights private trolley rentals are back! Offering a unique and festive way to enjoy the season, we have a few different options to fit your group's needs.

Available Dates: December 8-23, Sunday-Thursday for Tour and Celebration. Custom Rental available any day of the week.

As a reminder, the trolley capacity is 22-25 passengers in bench-style seating. It is heated/cooled and enclosed.

Holiday Lights Tour Options:

Holiday Lights Tour ($300): Meet us at Pinnacle Bank at 6pm, 7:15pm, or 8:30pm for a one-hour tour of the dazzling holiday lights. Your group can walk to dinner or dessert in Mulberry Park.
Holiday Lights Celebration ($600): We'll pick you up at your desired location at 6pm, take you on a lights tour, and then transport you to a destination of your choice in Braselton. Suggested activities include a holiday dinner or cocktail, hot cocoa at Juke N Jive, or even a visit with Santa! We'll have you back home by 9:00pm.
Custom Rental ($875): Have the trolley all to yourself for up to 5 hours! Create your own itinerary and enjoy a night of holiday cheer.

Wedding Packages

Guest Shuttle

Pamper your out-of-town guests with continuous shuttle service between the hotel and venue. Service begins 2 hours prior to ceremony. Last venue pickup is 1 hour after reception ends. Max 8 hours. $1,200 Friday-Sunday, $800 Monday-Thursday

Bridal Train

Arrive early at the venue with your entourage to prepare for the big day. Up to two trips, max 2 hours. Service only available Saturday 8-10 a.m. $250

Couple's Getaway

Make a grand exit in the trolley! After whisking away the happy couple, the trolley can return to the venue to expedite shuttling guests back to their hotels, if needed. Up to two trips, max 2 hours. Service only available Saturday after 11 p.m. $250

Rehearsal Dinner

Relax and let the trolley do the driving for your ceremony rehearsal and dinner. Pickup and dine at the locations of your choice. $175/hour Friday-Sunday, $100/hour Monday-Thursday
