Downtown Braselton

Walkable historic district

Be transported back in time in Downtown Braselton.
Authentic shops, restaurants, and pubs fill Downtown Braselton’s historic buildings, which have been renovated in keeping with the town’s small-town charm. Visitors can stop by the Heritage and Welcome Center to learn about the town history and take a picture with Kim Basinger, who owned a stake in the town in the 1990s. Braselton first earned notoriety in the early 1900s when the three Braselton Brothers first opened a mercantile store to serve the farming community. Now the store anchors the downtown district next to a new Town Green that hosts year-round activities, such as family-friendly movies, outdoor concerts, festivals, and holiday events.
